Potato pancakes with mushrooms

Of course, potato pancakes are good without mushrooms, but with mushrooms they are simply fantastically tasty and aromatic.
You can serve them with sour cream.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 12-15 pieces are obtained.

  • 700 g potatoes
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 150 g onions
  • 1-2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil for frying


Finely chop the onion.

Finely chop the mushrooms.

Fry the onions in vegetable oil.

Add mushrooms.
Fry until all liquid has evaporated (about 15 minutes).

Peel potatoes.
Grate on a medium grater.

Add egg.
Salt, pepper.

Add mushrooms.

Add flour.

Put a tablespoon in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil.

Fry on both sides until golden brown.
