Pickled champignons

Such champignons can be used in salads, can be served with mashed potatoes.
Keep refrigerated. Shelf life – about a week.
It is advisable to use small mushrooms. If you have large ones, you need to cut them.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 2 jars of 0.5 l are obtained.

  • 500 g champignons


  • 500 ml water
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1.5 tbsp Sahara
  • 50 ml vinegar 6-9%
  • 50 ml vegetable oil
  • 7-10 allspice peas
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 10 g mustard seeds (optional)
  • 3 cloves of garlic


Peel the mushrooms.

Chop the garlic.

Pour water into a saucepan.
Add sugar, salt, pepper, bay leaf, mustard seeds, garlic, vegetable oil.

Add mushrooms.
Cook for 5-7 minutes.

Add vinegar.
Cook for 5 minutes.

Put champignons in jars.
Pour in hot marinade.
Cool down.
Put in the refrigerator.
In a day the mushrooms are ready.
