Zucchini with minced meat in sour cream-tomato sauce

Zucchini are very tender, minced meat – juicy and aromatic.
You can use zucchini or eggplant instead of zucchini.
You can cook potatoes or rice for a side dish.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.

  • 1 small courgette (about 700 g)
  • 300 g minced meat (any, to taste)
  • 200 ml milk
  • bun (about 50 g)
  • 300 g tomato sauce (not sour)
  • 300 g sour cream
  • greens to taste
  • salt
  • pepper


Soak a bun in milk.

Squeeze the bun, mix with the minced meat.
Salt, pepper.

Cut the zucchini into slices about 1–2 cm thick (if the zucchini are old, peel them off).

Cut a core in each mug.

Mix tomato sauce and sour cream.

Pour the sauce into a mold (I used a 20 × 30 cm mold).

Put the zucchini on the sauce.

Form small balls from minced meat, put on zucchini.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Chop the greens.

When serving, pour over the sauce in which the zucchini was stewed.
Sprinkle with herbs.
