Pork with prunes stewed in beer

Thanks to beer, the dish acquires a very interesting bread flavor..
The meat turns out to be tender, juicy.
It is advisable to use not too sweet prunes.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 5-6 servings are obtained.

  • 500 g pork
  • 100 g pitted prunes
  • 150 ml light beer
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Cut the pork into small pieces.

Cut prunes into strips.

Fry pork in vegetable oil.

Add beer.
Simmer covered for 30 minutes.

Add prunes.
Salt, pepper.
Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
