Pork rolls stuffed with mushrooms

Juicy rolls with aromatic filling in a delicate sauce.
You can cook rice or potatoes as a side dish.
You can use chicken fillet instead of pork.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 500 g pork
  • 200 g bacon
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 150 g cheese
  • 150 g onions
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


  • 300 g grated tomatoes
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • greens to taste


Finely chop the onion.

Finely chop the mushrooms.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add mushrooms.

Salt, pepper.

Fry for 10-15 minutes.
Cool down.

Grate cheese on a coarse grater.

Cut the pork into slices about 1 cm thick.

Beat back.

Put onion with mushrooms.

Put out the cheese.

Roll up roll.

Wrap it up with strips of bacon.

Fry on one side (no oil).

Fry on the other side.

Chop the greens.

Add garlic squeezed through a garlic press to the tomatoes.


Add greens.
Salt a little, pepper.


Put the sauce on the rolls.
Simmer for 30-35 minutes.
