Pork baked with garlic

Tender, juicy, aromatic meat.
You can prepare mashed potatoes or rice as a side dish.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.

  • 500-700 g pork (I used loin)
  • 5-7 cloves of garlic
  • salt
  • pepper


Pass the garlic through a garlic press or chop finely.

Add salt, pepper

Grate the meat with garlic, salt and pepper.

Place in a baking sleeve or wrap in foil.
Place in a baking dish.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
