If there is no grill pan, the meat can be fried in a regular pan.
You can use chicken fillet instead of pork.

From the specified amount of ingredients, 5-6 servings are obtained.
- 1 kg pork
- 2 tbsp tomato paste or ketchup
- 150 g tomatoes
- 5 sprigs of marjoram (or any greens to taste)
- 2 tsp spices “for grilling”
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
Chop the tomatoes in a blender (if there is no blender, you can grate the tomatoes).
Finely chop the garlic.
Finely chop the greens.
Mix pasta, tomatoes, herbs, oil, garlic, spices.
Roll the meat in the sauce.
Cover with cling film.
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Heat the grill pan well.
Fry meat on both sides, until tender (do not cover with a lid).
I had pieces of meat about 1.5-2 cm thick, roasted for about 10 minutes, on each side.
