Chicken with vegetables, stewed in foil

Tender meat, juicy vegetables.
Very tasty.
You can cook potatoes or rice for a side dish.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 1 kg chicken thighs (or drumsticks, wings, etc.)
  • 500 g bell pepper
  • 300 g carrots
  • 400 g tomatoes
  • 250 g onions
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • spices to taste
  • greens to taste


Salt and pepper thighs.
Add spices.
Leave on for 20-30 minutes.

Cut the onion into rings or half rings.

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

Cut the pepper into strips.

Cut the carrots into small pieces.

Finely chop the greens.

Finely chop the garlic.

Put the thigh in the foil.

Put onions, garlic on it.




Foil wrap.

Put on a baking sheet.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180-200 degrees for an hour.

Sprinkle with herbs when serving.
