Chicken Quesadilla


Quesadilla – a dish of Mexican cuisine.
To make it, you need tortillas, which can be bought at the supermarket..
If you were unable to buy them, then try to cook them yourself:
Homemade tortillas
Served quesadilla with salsa and sour cream.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 3-4 servings are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 3-4 tortillas
  • 500 g chicken fillet
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 200 g cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Preparation

Skip chicken fillet through a meat grinder.

Peel the tomatoes, chop finely.

Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Fry minced meat in vegetable oil (fry for about 15 minutes).

Add tomatoes.

Salt, pepper.
Fry for 2-3 minutes.
Cool down.
If the minced meat is very juicy, the juice must be drained.

Put cheese on half of the cake.

Put the minced meat on the cheese.

Fold the cake in half.

In a dry skillet (I used a grill pan, but a regular pan will do) fry the cake on one side.

Turn over, fry on the other side.

Cut the finished quesadilla into quarters.

Enjoy your meal!
