Chicken fillet stuffed with cheese, ham and pineapple

Ham, pineapple and cheese are a wonderful combination, add tender chicken fillet to this and get an excellent recipe!
Instead of chicken fillet, you can use turkey fillet, but beef or pork, for my taste, is better not to use.
Rolls can be served whole or cut into pieces.
You can serve rice or vegetables as a side dish.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 6-7 pcs. chicken fillet
  • 150 g ham
  • 200 g cheese (hard)
  • pineapple
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Cut cheese into thin slices.

Thinly chop the ham.

Cut the pineapple rings into 2 pieces.

Make a longitudinal cut in each fillet.

Beat back.
Salt, pepper.

Place pieces of cheese, ham and pineapple on the fillet.

Roll fillet.

Fasten with toothpicks or tie with a thread (I used ordinary threads folded 4 times).

Dip fillets in bread crumbs.

Fry rolls in vegetable oil from all sides until golden brown (fry for 5 minutes on each side).
Then cover, fry for 15-20 minutes.

Do not forget to remove the threads or take out toothpicks from the finished rolls.

Enjoy your meal!
