Salami pie with sun-dried tomatoes and olives

A delicious quick pie.
Any smoked sausage can be used instead of salami.
I advise you to use dried tomatoes, they give a special taste to the pie.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 500 g puff pastry (fresh or yeast)
  • 150 g salami
  • 100 g sun-dried tomatoes
  • 150 g mozzarella (or any cheese)
  • 50 g olives or olives
  • 1 tbsp dried herbs
  • salt
  • pepper

Salami thinly sliced.

Chop the tomatoes.

Chop olives.

Grate cheese on a medium grater.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper.
Put out the dough.

Step back from the edge 0.5 cm along the perimeter to make cuts without cutting through the dough.

Lay out the salami.

Lay out the tomatoes.

Lay out the olives.

Sprinkle with herbs.

Salt a little (if the salami is salty, you do not need to salt it), pepper.

Sprinkle with cheese.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 25-35 minutes.

Enjoy your meal!
