Puffs with liver


Delicious pies.
Crispy dough, hearty filling.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 10-12 pieces are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 500 g puff pastry (I used yeast)
  • 200-300 g liver (I used beef)
  • 200 g onions
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Preparation

Boil the liver until tender (cook for about 25 minutes after boiling).

Cool the finished liver.
Pass through a meat grinder.

Finely chop the onion.

Fry the onions in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Add onions to the liver.
Salt a little, pepper.

Mix.

Roll out the dough.
Cut into squares (about 10 × 10 cm).

Lay out the filling.

Make a pie.

Line a baking sheet with baking paper or lightly grease.
Put out the pies.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
