Pizza “Margarita”

Probably the most popular pizza.
Thin tender dough, juicy aromatic filling is very tasty!
From the specified number of ingredients, 2 pizzas are obtained.

  • 180 ml water
  • 7 g dry yeast
  • 1.5 tsp Sahara
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil (I used olive oil)
  • 250-300 g flour


  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 250 g mozzarella
  • oregano (I used dried)
  • basil
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • pepper


Warm up the water (it should be warm, not hot).

Add yeast to warm water.

Add sugar.

Cover with a napkin.
Put in a warm place.

The dough should double in size (it took me 15 minutes).

Add salt.

Add vegetable oil.

Add flour.
Knead the dough.

Cover with a napkin.
Put in a warm place.

The dough should rise well (it took me about 45 minutes).

Peel the tomatoes.

Cut in small pieces.

Chop mozzarella.

Mold (I used a mold with a diameter of 30 cm) grease with oil.
Put out the dough.

Put the tomatoes on the dough.

Salt, pepper.
Sprinkle with oregano.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.

Remove from oven.

Lay out the mozzarella.
Place in the oven for 5-7 minutes (the mozzarella should melt).

Put basil on the finished pizza.
