Squid salad with rice

Salad for squid lovers.
It is very important to cook squids correctly, not to overcook, then they will be soft, tender, very tasty.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 5-6 servings are obtained.

  • 500 g squid
  • 3 tablespoons of boiled rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g onions
  • green salad
  • salt
  • pepper
  • mayonnaise


Peel squids.
Dip squid carcasses into boiling water.
Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Cool the squids.
Cut into strips.

Cut the onion into thin half rings.

Pour boiling water over it, leave for 10 minutes (so that it becomes softer and not bitter).
Drain the water.

Cut the eggs into strips.

Mix squid, eggs, rice, onion.
Salt, pepper.

Add mayonnaise.

Tear lettuce leaves.
Put on plates.
Top with salad.
