Smoked Mackerel Salad

An interesting combination of products.
Fish, apple, peas.
It turns out an unusual tasty salad.
You can use herring instead of mackerel.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.

  • 1 smoked mackerel (400 g)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 jar of green peas (300 g)
  • 300 g apples (preferably sour)
  • greens to taste
  • mayonnaise


Peel the mackerel.
Free from bones.
Cut into small pieces.

Cut apples into strips or grate on a coarse grater.

Finely chop the greens.

Grate eggs on a medium grater.

Mix mackerel, eggs, apples, peas (drain liquid), onion.
Mix well.

Season with mayonnaise.

Enjoy your meal!
