Light, delicious salad.
Instead of pink salmon, you can use lightly salted salmon or trout.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.
- 150 g pink salmon (slightly salted)
- 200 g cucumbers
- 9-10 quail eggs (or 2-3 chicken)
- lettuce leaves
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vinegar 6%
Cut the cucumber into circles, then cut each circle into four parts.
Cut the fish into small pieces.
Cut the quail eggs in half lengthwise (cut the chicken eggs into small pieces).
Mix oil and vinegar.
Tear lettuce leaves into small pieces.
Put on plates.
Put fish, cucumbers, eggs on lettuce leaves.
Drizzle with dressing.
