Salad with meat, tomatoes and eggs


Simple light salad.
Can be prepared for both lunch and dinner.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 2-3 servings are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 300 g beef fillet
  • 12 cherry tomatoes (or 3 regular)
  • 8 quail eggs (or 2 chicken)
  • lettuce leaves

refueling:

  • 5 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar 6%
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Boil the beef until tender.

Cool down.
Cut into strips.

Cut the quail eggs into two parts (chicken eggs into 3-4 parts).

Cut the cherry tomatoes into two parts (ordinary tomatoes – into 4-5 parts).

Cooking gas station.
Mix oil, vinegar.

Add mustard.
Mix.

Add garlic squeezed through the garlic press.
Mix.

Salt, pepper.

Tear lettuce leaves with your hands.

Mix lettuce and meat.

Add dressing.
Mix.

Put lettuce leaves, meat on a plate.

Lay out the tomatoes and eggs.

Salt a little if necessary.

Enjoy your meal!
