Salad with croutons, peas and smoked legs

Fragrant meat, tender peas, crunchy croutons. This is delicious!

From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.

  • 600 g smoked legs
  • 1 jar of green peas (340 g)
  • 200 g loaf
  • vegetable oil
  • mayonnaise


Dice the loaf.

Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Remove the skin from the legs.
Free from bones.
Dice the meat.

Mix meat, peas (drain the water), croutons (croutons are best added before serving so that they remain crispy).

Season with mayonnaise.
