Avocado, shrimp and tomato salad

This salad is best served in portions..
Ideal for a romantic dinner.
Light, fresh, delicious.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 2 servings are obtained.

  • 1-2 avocados
  • 1-2 tomatoes
  • 150 g shrimp (boiled and peeled)
  • lettuce leaves


  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper


Cut the tomatoes into wedges.

Peel the avocado.
Remove bone.
Cut into slices.

For dressing mix oil, lemon juice.
Salt, pepper.

Tear green salad with your hands.
Put on a plate.

Put the tomatoes on the salad.

Put avocado on the tomatoes.

Lay out the shrimp.
Drizzle with dressing.
