Caramel sauce

This sauce is ideal for pancakes, pancakes, it can be poured over pies, cakes, etc..
The sauce turns out to be thick, with a rich caramel-creamy taste.
From the specified amount of ingredients, about 150 ml of sauce is obtained.

  • 200 g sugar
  • 100 ml milk
  • 50 g butter


Pour sugar into a dry frying pan.

Heat until sugar melts and darkens.

Bring milk to a boil (but do not boil).

In sugar, gently, in small portions, add milk.


Remove from fire.
Add oil.
