Squid stewed with onions and carrots

An easy and quick way to cook squid.

  • 400 g squid (peeled)
  • 200 g carrots
  • 200 g onions
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • pepper


Cut the onion into half rings.

Grate the carrots on a medium grater.

Cut the squid into strips.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add carrots.
Simmer for 3-4 minutes.

Add squid.
Salt, pepper.

Simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Sprinkle with herbs when serving.
