Pink salmon baked with cheese

Pink salmon itself is a dry fish.
But, cooked in this way, the fish is tender and juicy..
The main thing is not to overdo it in the oven..
From the specified amount of ingredients, 2-3 servings are obtained.

  • 500 g pink salmon fillet
  • 150 g cheese
  • mayonnaise
  • salt
  • pepper


Cut the pink salmon into small pieces.

Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Put the fish in a baking dish.
Salt, pepper.

Grease with mayonnaise.

Sprinkle with cheese.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown (about 30 minutes).
