Panna cotta with cherry jelly


A very popular dessert.
Delicate, aromatic. And very satisfying.
Instead of cherries, you can use any berry to taste..
From the specified amount, 4-6 servings are obtained.
Ingredients
Panna cotta:

  • 500 ml cream 33-35%
  • 100 g sugar
  • vanilla stick (or 2 tsp vanilla sugar)
  • 10 g gelatin

jelly:

  • 300 g cherries (frozen)
  • 50 g sugar
  • 10 g gelatin

Preparation

Cooking panna cotta.
Pour gelatin with 100 ml of water.
Leave for the time indicated on the package.

Cut the vanilla stick.
Take out the seeds.

Mix cream, sugar.
Add vanilla seeds.
Put on fire.
Bring to a boil (do not boil).

Add gelatin.
Mix.
Remove from fire.
Cool down.

Pour into bowls.
Put in the refrigerator until it hardens completely (about 3-5 hours).

Cooking jelly.
Pour gelatin with 100 ml of water.
Leave for the time indicated on the package.

Pour cherries with 250 ml of water.
Add sugar.
Put on fire.
Boil.
Boil for 5-7 minutes.

Strain.
Add gelatin to the hot broth.
Stir until completely dissolved.
Cool down.

Pour jelly over the frozen cream.

Put in the refrigerator until it hardens completely (about 3-4 hours).
