Ice cream “Coconut”

Light, delicate, refreshing ice cream with a pronounced coconut flavor.
Coconut milk is sold in almost all supermarkets.
You can freeze ice cream in separate tins, or freeze in one large mold.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 10-15 servings are obtained.

  • 500 ml cream 33-35%
  • 4 eggs
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 100 g coconut flakes
  • 200 g sugar


Separate the whites from the yolks.
Grind the yolks with sugar.

Whisk the whites.

Whisk the cream.

Add yolks to the cream.
Stir gently.

Add coconut flakes.

Add coconut milk.

Add proteins.

Stir gently.

Pour the mass into molds.
Put in the freezer for 6-8 hours.

Enjoy your meal!
