From the specified amount of ingredients, 5 servings are obtained.
- 200 g chocolate
- 3 yolks
- 500 ml milk
- 200 ml cream 33-35%
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tsp gelatin
Soak gelatin in 50 ml of cold boiled water.
Leave for the time indicated on the package.
Grind the yolks with sugar.
Put milk on fire.
Heat until the chocolate is completely dissolved.
Bring to a boil (but do not boil).
Remove from fire.
Whisk the cream.
Mix the chocolate mass with cream.
Pour into bowls.
Refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
The finished dessert can be sprinkled with finely grated chocolate.
