Delicate and very fragrant cupcakes.
Hazelnuts can be used instead of walnuts.
The specified amount of ingredients makes 10-12 muffins.
- 3 eggs
- 150 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 200 g pumpkin (peeled)
- 100 g walnuts
- 100 g oatmeal (preferably finely ground)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 100-150 g flour
Grate pumpkin on a coarse grater.
Grind butter with sugar.
Add pumpkin, nuts, oatmeal.
Add baking powder and flour.
Put the dough in the molds, filling them halfway.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Decorate to taste (I poured with purchased glaze).
You can pour over melted chocolate, sprinkle with powder, etc..
