Gingerbread coffee and chocolate

Delicious fragrant gingerbread.
I advise you to roll out the dough no thinner than 7 mm, then the gingerbread will turn out soft.
Instead of powder, you can pour melted chocolate on ready-made gingerbread..
From the specified amount of ingredients, 25-30 pieces are obtained.

  • 4 eggs
  • 150-200 g sugar
  • 4 tsp instant coffee (dry)
  • 4 tsp cocoa
  • 200 g starch
  • 300-350 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder


Grind eggs with sugar.

Add coffee and cocoa.


Add starch.


Add baking powder and flour.
Knead not very tough dough.

Roll out the dough 7-10 mm thick.

Cut figurines.

Grease a baking sheet or cover with baking paper.
Lay out the gingerbread.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.

If desired, ready-made gingerbread cookies can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
