Cupcakes with fermented baked milk

Fermented baked milk gives a beautiful color to cupcakes. You can use sour cream instead..
Instead of dried berries, you can use any candied fruit, dried fruit or finely chopped chocolate.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 12-15 pieces are obtained.

  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 200 ml fermented baked milk
  • 200 g dried berries
  • 200-250 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder


Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add oil.

Add fermented baked milk.

Add the berry.

Add baking powder and flour.
Knead a not very thick dough.

Lubricate the molds a little with oil (no need to lubricate the silicone molds).
Spread out the dough, filling 2/3 full.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
