Delicate, juicy, fragrant cake.
You can use any berries, fresh or frozen (I used a mixture of strawberries, black currants and cherries).
It is advisable to use fine oatmeal.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.
- 150 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g oatmeal
- 300 g berries
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 100-120 g flour
Grind butter with sugar.
Add the berry.
Add baking powder and flour.
Mold (I used a mold measuring 20 × 20 cm) grease a little with oil.
Put out the dough.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
When serving, you can sprinkle with icing sugar.
