Cookies “Chestnuts”

Delicate, crumbly cookies.
The glaze complements the taste perfectly.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 35-40 pieces are obtained.

  • 150 g butter
  • 6 boiled yolks
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 200-250 g flour
  • 100-150 g hazelnuts


  • 50 g butter
  • 50 ml milk
  • 20 g cocoa
  • 100-150 g sugar


Grind boiled yolks with butter.

Add sour cream.


Add sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add baking powder and flour.
Knead the dough.

Form small cakes from the dough.

Put a nut in the center of each cake.

Form a ball (about the size of a walnut).

Grease a baking sheet or cover with baking paper.
Lay out the balls.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Chop the remaining nuts.

Boil the glaze.
To do this, mix butter, sugar, cocoa, milk.

Boil until sugar is completely dissolved.

Dip the finished cookies in warm icing.

Roll in nuts.
